First let me say I hate our defense but our offense cost us several games this year. The question is, is Golden making Coley be conservative or does he just suck that much as a play caller. We had the following on offense:
1st round WR
3rd round RB
3rd round TE
1st, 4th, and FA OL (thats 3 offensive lineman who will most likely make an NFL squad)
We had elite talent all over on offense yet we lose the following games probably because of our offense:
UL- 13-31
GT- 17-28 (you could easily make the argument this was on D since we never stopped them)
UVA- 13-30
Pitt- 23-35
SC- 21-24
Only twice did our offense produce in a loss that our D didn't
UN- 31-41
FSU- 26-30 (you could make the arguement this was on the O also since we let up so much in 2nd half)
