All this stuff is stuff..it happens..the program needed to get rid of Jeff Thomas, recruits decommit, change happens and who knows how recruiting closes..
I am personally OK giving someone a shot and giving an opportunity to an "unknown" result, and I personally think Banda in particular is a star in the making......but the changes that have to happen are when the shot has been taken and failed and not doing anything about what is known...Jon Richt, Stacy Searles and Mark Richt as OC are the issues along with the QB room and Oline, ...all this other stuff is unknown ...but those are the things that are known and have to change.
