That was the worst Presidential Address I have ever witnessed.
I could not definitively locate the President. I did not hear his voice or anything else There was no commentary. Is there something wrong with my hearing or did I otherwise miss something? Why was there a caption saying, "Presidential Address" when we could glean nothing from it?
