Man, I’m tired of feeling disappointment every Saturday. Here are a couple observations I had from yesterday...
- Perry absolutely needs to be our QB moving forward. The offense looked way more dynamic with him at the helm. He obviously can make every throw to spread out a defense, the issue with him is ball security and decision making. That still is an issue after yesterday.
- Zion Nelson is not improving out there IMO. I just can’t believe that Hillery, Campbell or Herbert aren’t better than him right now.
- I love Patchan, but he’s not good. GR should be on the field at all times.
- Bolden is a stud. Got beat on that pick/rub route but otherwise played solid. Carter and Knowles aren’t good.
- I’m shocked how bad Bandy has looked all season out on the boundary.
- Blake Baker.... @CANESKINGOFCFB , brother how can he not account for their QB the first two drives without a spy? We knew Hooker was going to run. That was terrible.
- The refs... this was atrocious.
1. The first INT was caused by PI versus Harley that caused that ball to pop up when the DB got their early.
2. PI versus Jordan in the first half during our failed drive inside their 4 yard line.
3. Targeting Call
4. The Excessive Celebration call. Terrible
Been tough fellas. Happy the boys fought back like they did but this was a tough one to swallow.
