Clearly who ever takes over will want to bring a lot of their own guys but they never bring everyone with them. I don’t think they’ll need to throw the baby out with the bath water nor do I think we need to go into full blown nuclear mode.
it’s really kind of a hard question to answer in that for some of these assistants, they’re hard to evaluate due to the hc’s short comings.
good head coach’s make good assistants look good because they develop them and put them in a position to succeed. Unfortunately bad head coach’s do the opposite.
