This is just scary and is a real indicator of the danger Trump has left our country in to this day with domestic attacks....

There is way too much access to deadly weapons such as hand guns and automatic weapons in this country. The way it got that way is the attitude that we shouldn't care because people are going to get guns anyway. There are examples of countries that did something about their gun problem successfully. This is unacceptable....and just shrugging your shoulders at the problem is not leadership. It's not a solution.

Really? That's great news CD. Please share your examples of Countries that did something about their gun problem and were successful.

My Glock didn't take part in that gun death stat. I assume you're naïve enough to think criminals intending to do harm will follow the tougher laws OR that they'll be deterred from getting their hands on a gun?
Stupid response. just because your Glock didn't take part in that gun death stat doesn't alter the fact and criminals would be deterred from getting their hands on a gun if the ease of availability was challenged! Texas just passed a law to allow anyone 21 and older to openly carry a handgun in public without a permit. The loons want a return to the Wild West days. We'll see how this works out. Road rage will result in shootouts on the freeways!

Mike, people that choose to commit crimes ALWAYS find a way to get their "tools" of the trade. Gun laws only impact law abiding citizens trying to protect themselves.

If I told you would it make a difference? Seriously doubt it would being this is very easy to look up for yourself.

Mr "show me the link" is now linkless. LOL 🤡 🤡 🤡
I'm calling BS. Time to put up or shut up! Time to show your cards! Time to fish or cut bait! Or time to tuck your little tail between your legs an scurry home, or to CEM's parkbench.

Yes your response was stupid. You’re whining because you believe that private citizens owning firearms contribute to criminals getting their hands on guns through illegal means. Well no shit! They’re criminals! They don’t follow laws. So your suggestion of disarming law abiding citizens just disarms the public and makes the sheep for the slaughter. Criminals will always have access to weapons.

Through all of the case studies I can find the UCR stats actually show crimes rates reduced per 100k in states with higher gun population ownership. The more people in public who carry prevents crime. It’s not the Wild West nor has it ever been. It’s another fictitious leftwing talking point that is a lie.

Pay attention please. I never told you about having a link.
..or specific info. Again... I'm certain you would have no clue what to do with the info. You still believe Trump is our real president.

A little exaggeration there Cash. I'm not whining about private citizens owning firearms. I said the ease of availa bility to assault weapons should be challenged. As for your UCR stats showing crime rates are reduced with higher gun ownership, how does that explain are ranking of second in the world in gun deaths? That's a fact, not a fictitious leftwing talking point. Get your facts straight! BTW. You lost all credibility with me with your Trump adoration. How's that working out for you? He just had his charges changed from civil to criminal in NY!

I can explain it real easy. Your dumb shit liberal cities like Los Angeles and Chicago and New York. How can you guys not see this?

CD, after over 80,000 posts you've made it quite clear where you stand on things. You want more government, you want the government to tell you what to do from everything to wearing a mask to allowing, or not allowing, you to own a gun. You want voting laws skewed, fraud be damned. You embrace socialist/marxist ideals. I get it.

... well it is quite clear to me you don't know anything about me after 80,000 post. You probably won't after a million post... because you just are not capable. No offense.

For example. This country not had any election fraud issues requiring anyone to change election laws when your candidate wins right? When your candidate loses we suddenly have an election law problem nobody can bring to a judge appointed be either party with a lick of evidence? Why is that? That has nothing to do with me or 80k post. These are facts.

I own a gun so you don't know what you are talking about. I have a problem watching our children getting gunned down at school and their family being told prayers are sent. That's not addressing the problem....so then there is that.

I want efficient people in government representative of everyone. That doesn't equate to more government. I don't want a criminal POS leading our country for example. That's not more government. That's just people qualified to run our government.

The "liberal cities" you cited like Los Angeles, Chicago and New York and every other city offer easy access to military style assault weapons. How can you not see this? We need to make it more difficult to obtain these weapons not easier like Texas just did! I guarantee shooting deaths will escalate in this Republican controlled State!

That’s a bold face lie! It practically takes an act of Congress to get a weapons permit in New York, LA or Chicago. This is why we literally question everything you guys say. You do realize I’ve been to all three cities. Have law enforcement friends in all three cities. I know exactly how hard it is to get a permit. Chicago doesn’t allow them period (unless you have very special permission from the powers that be) and there very very few of those.

Your entire argument is easily debunked by comparing Chicago and Miami homicide rate. Miami may be controlled by Democrats but their policies are very different when it comes to firearms as is the whole state.

Chicago- 510 (strictest gun laws in the country)
LA- 199 (difficult but impossible)
NYC- 318 (very difficult to get a permit)
Miami- 241 (fairly easy)
Washington DC- 166 (per 100k residence was 23.52). The national average is 5.3 smh. Once again super restrict gun laws

Now mind you Miami was once the murder capital of the United States and I picked it because it was probably worse case scenario for a large city with somewhat conservative influence due to the overall policies of the state. CA has a high conservative outside the major cities, although that is dwindling. NY and IL are super liberal.

You blame our second in the world ranking in shootingdeaths on "dumb shit liberal cities" like Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. Now you're saying it practically takes an act of Congress to get a weapons permit in those cities so how can you blame them for our high ranking? You're all double talk. Texas will be the litmus test so we'll see what happens there. As for your widespread travels, I was a "military brat" and traveled all over the world. I've been to places you've only read about!

Yes you don’t protect the private citizens and then take away their 2nd amendment and or ability to protect themselves which criminals know they’re now easy targets. What don’t you get?

You act like this is some kind of new policy. It’s not and has been proven over time throughout the history of our country. Just because you’re getting your ass handed to you don’t try to twist the facts or bullshit your way through it.

Like I said, Texas will be the litmus test. If there are more shootings, then I was right. If there are less, then you were. We won't know the answer for a year or more so it's on to a new topic. How about the Trump Grand Jury hearing?
