Basically, anyone outside the top 10, ie those making $6m or more. Totally disagree with the national media rhetoric about this job. It is a recruiting hotbed, a place you can win (Coastal is a joke), a great place to live that has a ton of tailwind (South Florida), no state taxes, etc. etc. It is a top 15 job and probably a top 10 job at a salary above $5m as part of the story before Richt was that Miami did not keep up on salaries and facilities. That is bs at this point.
