1. Schemes. Both teams have great offensive schemes. Plays build on each other. Amazed LSU only had the ball as little as they did. Outside of our first drives in games, our rhythm on offense seems to be off.
2. Execution. Players executed at a top level. I keep going back to LSUs first two TDS. WRs made tough catches in tight windows. Um can’t get guys to make catches when they are running wide open. Difference between 5-0 and 2-3. Also, no dumb penalties. The two teams combined for 9 penalties and we are avg. 12 a game.
It all comes back to coaching. I’m not taking anything away from Manny. To watch two teams on the same high level go at it illustrates how far we have to go as a program.
