Let's be clear...Shannon's offenses were just insanely bad. Other takeaways:
  1. This is why Miami has not been very competitive the last 15 years as the QB has been increasingly important and QBR is a better measure than passer rating in terms of impact.
  2. Berlin's 2003 year was crap so that would not have helped but I assume Dorsey would have been somewhere between 25-30 in his three seasons. We had a great running game and defenses those years which is why we were dominant.
  3. Our best years (2004, 2005, 2016, 2017, 2020) correlated to good QBRs.
  4. Lashlee has changed our room and performance with King and now TvD.
  5. TvD is in a league of his own
2004 - Berlin 25th
2005 - Wright 42nd
2006 - Wright 76th
2007 - Outside of top 100 NA (it was that bad)

2009 - Outside top 50 N/A
2010 - Outside top 50 N/A
2011 - Jacory Harris 20th (surprise and a bit of an outlier but he had solid year in Golden's first, 65% completion)
2012 - Outside top 50 N/A
2013 - Stephen Morris 36th
2014 - Brad Kaaya 41st
2015 - Brad Kaaya 35th
2016 - Brad Kaaya 40th
2017 - Malik Rosier 38th
2018 - Outside top 50 N/A
2019 - Outside top 50 N/A
