Good results from facial plastic surgery rarely seems to yield good results. Priscilla Presley, Victoria Principle, Wayne Newton, Burt Reynolds, the list is endless. And they get the best money can buy.
Kim was quite pretty pre surgery. Softer, more natural. Now...harder, angular, square jaw, harsh hair color. No subtlety.
That hard look seems to be the common denominator. There just is never a "natural" look to it.
