Tucker nails worthless RINO Republicans!

Thais is why Tucker is top rated. He’ll challenge either side. Lindsey Graham that blowhard that Hannity loves won’t come near Tucker’s show.
Tucker is the best. He just goes after the truth and let’s the chips fall.

Just asking: who determines who are “real Republicans”?

*VP Cheney entered the House floor this week and bemoaned the lack of Republican leadership in this era. He is super conservative and a lifelong Republican.

*Tucker Carlson attacks Republicans who are not sufficiently loyal to DJT. Are Republicans who do not totally defer to Trump RINO’s?

Whadddaya think?

Cheney isn’t a conservative, she’s a phony who’s family has made millions from the military industrial complex. The more America went to war, the more money the Cheney’s made.. Just because you’re in a garage it doesn’t make you a car. She’s not what she says she is, she’s a swamp creature.

GRB, I was referring to her father, former VP Dick Cheney. By any historical measure, he would be considered a Conservative and a Republican.

You refer to “fake conservative” such as Romney, McCain, Bush, Ryan, etc. I’m curious to know how these mainstream Republican became RINOs to many over the last couple of years. For you, what disqualifies them as conservatives and Republicans? Where would place Reagan on this Republican scale?

Thanks.

The last six years have opened a lot of eyes. They all talked a good game, but there actions weren’t much different from the democrats.

I would not consider Dick to be a true conservative. The mainstream media, and the leadership of the Republican party over the last twenty years would consider him conservative. The leadership has been the the biggest problem.

Don’t get too caught up in being strictly conservative. The recent expansion and growth of the Republican Party is a combination of populist and conservative views.

There is a movement in the Republican Party, of people fed up with Republicans saying one thing and doing another thing.

Always Remember. Some Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

The Bush and Cheney families will never again be relevant in the Republican Party. Their time is over, they just don’t know it yet.

Maybe you’re right. It feels to me like it’s a struggle between the newly energized Populist wing of the party vs the traditional Bush/Romney style of Republicans. Couple of thoughts:

*I don’t believe either of those wings can win a national election without the other. There’s just not enough Populists or Traditionalists to generate 51% of the vote. They have to coexist.

*Republicans will also need to attract Independents to win. They abandoned Trump in 2020 (college educated women, suburbanites). With the correct (not Right) candidate, they could flip back to the Republicans. Trump is not that candidate….too scary for Independents.

*You mention the expansion and growth of the Republican Party. That could happen if the GOP broadens its appeal to Hispanics, Asians and college educated women. That isn’t happening at scale just yet, however. In my state, California, the GOP continues to shrink as people unhappy with the Dems have moved to Independents rather than the Republicans. Here, the GOP is a shrinking 3rd party as it loses ground to Independents. No reason to think that trend won’t continue in other states, eg, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and ultimately Texas or even Florida. If the GOP loses Texas and/or Florida, will there ever be another Republican President?

The fight between Populists and Traditional GOP members will be interesting to watch.

"Cheney isn't a conservative"? She holds a solidly conservative voting record and voted with Trumps position 93% of the time. More BS from you!

She's a swamp creature with TDS like you.
She voted with Trump position 93% of the time which is a higher percentage than Rep. Jim Jordan, Rep. Elise Stefanik, REp. Paul Gosar, Rep. Matt Goetz and a number of other lawmakers who are seen as staunch Trump supporters. Now "She's a swamp creature with TDS"?

I’ll give you the voting record. That being said she’s a phony and a swamp creature. She’ll be the first to make a profit sending our soldiers to war. She’s either a liar or the most ignorant person in congress when it comes to our constitution. She continues to make statements regarding the constitution and January 6 that are blatantly false.

Grb,

Can you elaborate: what did Liz Cheney say about the Constitution or January 6 that you consider to be a lie or ignorant? I listened to a 45 minute interview with her this week. Couldn‘t disagree with her.

Thanks.

Strange that we never heard any of you lemmings complain about her before she refused to go along with Trumps "Big Lie"!

You won't get an explanation because it's all BS!

She has stated multiple times that Republicans have to choose between Trump and the constitution, when in fact it’s her and the committee violating the constitution.

The committee subpoenaed a broad request for electronic records associated with a specific number, which according to the constitution is perfectly illegal. And Congress asking the help of a corporation (AT&T) to violate individual rights.

Here’s an article showing how she violated the constitution, while she claims people who side against her are violating the constitution.

Trump repeatedly ignored or violated the Constitution and once claimed that Article II of the Constitution gave him "the right to do whatever I want as President".

I can understand that some Republicans can vehemently disagree with Cheney over her steadfast attack on Trump‘s multiple attempts to overturn the results of the election.

But, is she ignorant? No.

She acknowledges that Trump (like any candidate) has a right to contest election results in the courts. When he lost in the courts over and over again, she does not believe he can then just “lie” and assert that the VP can, on his own, refuse to certify the electoral votes. The Constitution offers no protection for DJT’s efforts to reverse the election, she asserts. I can’t find any error in her logic.

By any chance did any one see James Clyburn's pathetic interview. The guy appears to honesty believe that disagreeing with him about the ridiculous voting rights sham bill is a violation of the constitution. He implied that not supporting BBB was unconstitutional and anyone who did not was a racist terrorist. He made Marjorie Greene appear level headed. Clyburn came across dumber than AOC and more arrogant than Shumer.

He didn’t lose in the courts over and over. They refused to get involved. He had a right to contest the election. Oops, I forgot only Democrats have that right. By the way, what gets lost now is the senate was about to delay certification for ten days. Once things unfolded the way they did that went out the window.

I had a good laugh at you saying she believes he can not just lie. What does that have to do with the constitution? Who determines what a lie is, the same fact checkers on social media? I guess a lie is whatever goes against the democrat narrative.

By any chance did any one see James Clyburn's pathetic interview with Bret Baier this morning? He supported that January 6th was worse than Pearl Harbor and 9-11. No I didn’t see it, but it sounds like listening to him would have been a waste of time.

It is not like I was ever a fan of his but in the past he could at least conduct himself in a decent manner. Today he sounded like he was seriously losing it. I mean a Biden level of lies, confusion, anger and cluelessness. Was furious with Manchin. He and other democrats appear ready to support concentration camps. You could tell Baier was not going to bother, just asked intelligent questions and let Clyburn hang himself.

Now that Wallace is gone I’ll have to catch a show, Baier seems to be a professional.

Agree with you about Wallace. He represents the worst kind of Nepotism. His Daddy getting him his place was a joke only surpassed by NBC saying Chelsea Clinton was qualified for her short term embarassment of a failed journalistic career.

In his few early shows Baier's style is to calmly and respectfully frame his questions to let snake oil guests hang themselves. Today he also let CDC head clown Walensky show herself to be partisan and unqualified. And in doing so made a mockery of Sotomayor. Asked Walensky several times if Sotomayor was wrong when she said 100,000 child Covid hosptilizations when the truth was 3,500. Let Walensky look like the sham she is when she would not agree that there is a huge difference between 100,000 and 3,500. Asked Walensky several other questions that a CDC director would know the answer to. He knew she would not want to answer truthfully. In a nice way, allowed the audience to see how corrupt and political the CDC has become.

Difficult to take Courts seriously as arbiters of truth. When SCOTUS Sotomoyer lies (or is just dumb?) and says 100,000 child Covid hospitalizations when the true number is 3,500 how is anyone to take her legal decisions seriously? Kagan and Sotomayor are just Obama appointed Partisan Hacks. Scary that they are making decisions that affect citizens lives and well being.

It's more difficult to take a life-long serial lying con man as an arbiter of truth but that doesn't seem to bother you.
