Maybe he just can't implement the type of Offense he would like because of the QB situation that he inherited. To be honest he inherited a 4th year Sr. who never started. A true freshman Perry he didn't recruit. Another true freshman he did Weldon. This year clearly there were issues with both of them periodically (maturity) and Williams just wasn't ready. I make no excuses for the Offense ineptitude I only pose a question. And yes I am a believer he needs an OC and O-line Coach.
