For all the blame that we can assign to Manny - including why in the world he didn't put in other players - the least talented player on the field on either side was Ragone. For whatever reason, coaches felt that he was their best option at striker. To have him as your first backup just shows how thin we are in depth - fact is, we have not had a balanced, 2 deep team since the probation. Between recruiting loses and numbers, every unit (except maybe RB and TE, and this year WR) has consistent been under manned. Yes, we get occasional high 4 stars recruits, but have not has complete units on either side of the ball in over a decade
