Unfortunately coaching was the problem

Now that I got a few hours of sleep and have had some time to digest what happened last night it is clear that coaching was the problem, particularly on offense. As I posted last night, once we created a little bit of a sense of urgency, we shredded them! My question and major frustration is why allow the team to sleep walk through 3.5 quarters before we do anything to create urgency??? All we needed to do was “Wake Up”. Varying the tempo, going hurry-up for a drive...those are the things that get the blood flowing and would have ignited the fuse. It is just piss poor game management to ignore those things and to let us sleep weak though the game. That’s not a talent problem nor a recruiting problem. It’s a coaching problem and our habit of coming out completely flat after every bye week is a coaching problem. I like Manny a lot but something isn’t working.
