I’m looking at a lot of posts of people who clearly don’t understand, how the law according to the constitution regarding the election of the president is supposed to work. It’s understandable, most of the press doesn’t, and someone who I think is a lawyer on this board doesn’t. All the these votes being counted that were received after the election shouldn’t be counted. It’s up to the state’s legislature to write voting laws for each state, the governor and cabinet members can’t make changes, and the constitution doesn’t make exceptions for pandemics.
