That is not meant to diminish her educational accomplishments nor getting elected as AG, however, she comes across as a cackling dope. Nervous laughing when answering tough questions is often a sign of not being able to think on your feet effectively or being intimidated by a microphone. She does not present herself in a manner one would expect of a VP and her performance (or lack of same) as the border czar is laughable. She hasn't even been there or spoken to the governors of the affected states.
