Who will have heavy input on head coach hire. Have to have an AD/Head Coach combination that works well together. Will need to give the AD authority to have significant input to hire, fire and program direct the head coaches under his or her management. The AD takes part in Trustee meetings with reports and recommendations. The head coach reports to the AD.
