They where not very good last year but losing 4 out of 5 experienced starters is not a good thing.

We will have an O-line with no chemistry, very little starting experience other than Donaldson and a half year for Scaife. Not one senior on the line other than the transfer from Butler and who knows what he will do. This is what we are looking at:

LT-Kennedy
Who knows what this guy will bring. One thing is to be a stud at Butler. Another thing to be a stud vs real power 5 competition

LG--Reed??
zero experience and unknown

C--Gaynor
2 star undersized but over achiever. barely played last year and has potential but going into 3rd year, potential needs to turn into results.

RG--Donaldson
Most experienced player and just ok. Serviceable but like Darling from Central, under preformed compared to Star rating and ranking. Will need to really improve his play and be leader of line.

LT--Scaife
highest potential to be very good. But this past year, was totally outmatched and beaten bad, but will give pass because true freshman. Will have to really step up as a Sophmore.

So only really 2 guys have played together as starters. Only one returning starter from game 1 (Donaldson) and very little experience across the board.

And God forbid we have one or 2 injuries on that line, you are looking at multiple guys that have never played or started in Brown, Cambell, Hillary, Milo.

Could be very ugly and even worse than last year.
