Skip all the risk with Lame and pipe dream of Mario...hire an experienced NFL Asst coach that runs a pro style offense and well respected by his peers.
I'll say it Eric "Sleeping with" Bieniemy is the guy we should be going after.
He had good units on teams while at UCLA and Colorado, and has done wonders with the Chiefs offense.
He can bring in other position coaches from the league and will approach the program with professionalism, and can deal with NIL.
But there are lots of NFL teams that would want him also, so will not be easy to get him.
