Will the NCAA demand that each High School prospect, take a base line test to set the barometer for consussive effects, and would that record follow the player throughout his career...yes even through the NFL.
Reports state that in 1 month 4 NFL players retired because of concussive or related issues.
Is this a problem that will be handled in College Football?..
Will this aspect of football be handled fairly and up front among recruits?
