WRs dropping balls is 100% mental.

Why does an all star second baseman like Steve Sax all of the sudden become unable to throw the ball to first base? Why did David Duval go from being the top player in golf to not being able to make a cut because he can't keep the ball out of the woods? How do kickers go from being the best in the business to not being able to hit an extra point? Why do guys with perfect free throw form shoot 50% from the line? Their mechanics don't change; their mindset does. It's mental, but I'm not sure what a coach can do once it starts except move on to other players down the depth chart. These WRs see a ball coming their way and instead of thinking "this is my moment to shine" they are thinking "damn I hope I don't drop this".
