To force kids to wear a mask eight hours a day, when there is NO science to back up that masks protect kids from covid is insanity.

Nothing prevents people from slapping a face diaper on their kids face, but that’s not enough you Marxist, you want to make everyone else comply.

If your mask stops preventing Covid when I’m not wearing one, then your mask isn’t preventing Covid in the first place.

What’s your solution then? and either way I would ask them to wear high-quality masks (I do agree cloth masks are political theater ) other than that you’re going to let Delta run wild which it’s already doing….. DeSantis has been beyond toxic with his ridiculous banning of mask mandates in the schools. he needs to come up with solutions other than just punting…. We can do is ask people to get vaccinated against Delta so our kids can be protected because the adults have actually gotten the vaccine…. He needs to stop fighting the politics and ask Floridians to get vaccinated and GTFO out of private business who wish to mandate vaccines.

also according to a biopsy of what’s going on in Florida there’s still 800,000 people over 65 who won’t get vaccinated in Florida..

The masks don’t stop covid. There are many negative effects on children wearing masks all day.

Desantis is banning mask mandates, not masks. It should be up to the parents to decide what’s best, not you or the Marxists school board members. It’s called freedom, and common sense.

Everything you’re suggesting won’t do anything to stop the Delta spread. I’m speaking as someone who’s been vaccinated for months. You need to look at the data coming out of Israel to see what’s coming here in a few weeks. It’s deliberate disinformation to say vaccinations will get the spread of covid under control.

Your remark about Desantis staying out of private business is comical coming from someone with your political beliefs. If you don’t think the government is pressuring these businesses to force vaccines on their employees, I’ve got some prime swamp land I’d like to sell you.

There are people who shouldn’t get the vaccine for health reasons. We were screwed the day science and medicine got political. I don’t care what the AMA says, there are only TWO. sexes.

The data out of Israel indicates that there is definitely going to be more cases but you still will not go to the hospital and die if you get vaccinated…. We have 17,000 people in the hospital 5000 on ventilators because of the in action and disinformation campaign throughout Florida and that starts with DeSantis. The buck starts with him.

If you live in a country of millions, you don't have the freedom to engage in behavior that spreads a deadly virus that kills other people. People wear seat belts, helmets, life preservers and many other things, so masks aren't any different. Time to grow up and act like a resposible adult instead of a spoiled toddler.

In a representative republic you do have the right to walk around and breathe clean air, and decide what gets injected in your body. These vaccines don’t stop the spread of covid.
