Daniels lawyer says there are other women who are in the same situation as Daniels.
Even if its settled out of court Cohen & Trump are not out of the woods. Cohen claims he paid Daniels $130,000 from a home equity account & used a tax form 1099 MISC with the recipient as "Peggy Peterson." A definite red flag with the IRS.
Cohen could lose his license to practice law. Courts will ask for documents from the company that issued the home equity
