From Coach Richt's mouth... “The bottom line is we’re going to play who gives us the best chance of winning. As long as he’s (Rosier) that, he’ll start.”

Earlier this week some on here were saying that CMR hasnt made that statement... which bothered them. Some feel that he is just blindly going with the guy who has more experience instead of the guy who has more talent. (Since he did that once before at UGA)

This statement above solidifies what we all can see now. Perry/Weldon/Williams are not ready and do not give us the best chance at winning. Is that Richt's fault?

Some could argue that it is, because it is his responsibility to prepare these guys to be play makers. Some could argue that maybe Perry doesnt have a high Football IQ, and while he is extremely athletic and physically capable, he cant read defenses well and needs to work on his mechanics so he doesnt throw a screen pass 150 mph.

Either way... we all agree that the sooner Perry/Weldon/Williams can become that guy for this team, the better off we will be... because Rosier is extremely limited. The onus is on the young guys to step it up and become "The Guy".
