I know we lament that Tyrique should come back, that he can improve his status if he does, even while cajoling Bolden to leave because he probably can't improve his status off the bench which is ostensibly where he will spend next year.
We have some who feel its been irresponsible of agents persuading kids like Cam Harris, Norton and even Brevin Jordan to leave early.
What say you then of Will Anderson. He can not improve his draft status or ability playing again. He is a true sophomore and the NCAA doesn't permit him to test the free market where he would be rewarded with a top 5 draft pick and millions.
Should he come back and play for NIL or take the season off a la Bosa and Rousseau and begin the next phase?
I grew up with Melvin Bratton, I watched Lattimore and saw Milton.
Personally, I think given the prior stated positions and employing a little whatboutism; it would be irresponsible to encourage him to play next year.
