I have to admit, as a long time SNL devotee going back to the original cast of 1975 when I was 16, that was one of the funniest bits I've seen in some time. It became unwatchable years ago, but I might tag it for the DVR now.
I don't watch SNL live anymore, because they are libby, libby, libby, then well after the fact have the "courage" - finger down the throat emoji to actually make fun of the left. What is sad is they have the talent and humor to make fun of both sides. But the old white progressive overlords at NBC will not allow it real time. They are too busy harassing women while signing "me too" patitions. I have friends that spend too much time on web sites and send me what is interesting.I have to admit, as a long time SNL devotee going back to the original cast of 1975 when I was 16, that was one of the funniest bits I've seen in some time. Not only did they have phenomenal casting in Phil Hartman, Jan Hooks, Dana Carvey, Belushi, Aykroyd, and everyone else I'm forgetting, but the writing was sensational. Bob Odenkirk, Conan O'Brian and others never went too far EITHER WAY politically.I don't watch SNL live anymore, because they are libby, libby, libby, then well after the fact have the "courage" - finger down the throat emoji to actually make fun of the left.
