Clemson has the highest % of 4* players so far on the 2016 class. Looks loaded and more to come. FSU has a couple of 5* and a lot of 4* players. They have had really good classes for the last 6-7 years .. and underperformed vs expectations until the arrival of James. James elevated the Noles to another level.

Duke as 4 four star players coming in .. so far. Right now the "star studded" classes are Clemson, FSU then UM. With Duke coming up next. BC, Virginia, GT, all remind me of Boise State a few years ago. All 2 & 3 star recruits .. who were coached up and played "above their ability". UM has pulled in quality kids .. even though there have been national signing day melt downs .. like 2014 when we lost something 14 of the commits that were on board in Sept. If the last two classes HAD stayed together .. UM would have the most solid depth in years.

This is AG's year to put PERFORMANCE on the field on a par with recruiting. No reason, talent wise, why UM should not be in the ACCCG this year. But then they should have been there last year as well. Kaaya looks like he should have a superior season. Can Kehoe's group give him the time he needs and will Melvin's subtle technique teaching improvements bare fruit? UM doesn't have the roster depth of Clemson or FSU ... but our first team this year should be able to hang with them and even pull out a W. It is an intriguing season. We can't just out-recruit Ga Tech, Virginia, UNC, Duke, we have to beat them ON game day.
