Any athletic director worth his salt would not take the UM job if the decision to keep Manny was already made, any athletic director who wants this job would want a house he or she builds with their decisions and not the decision of a Trustee board. The caveat is the powers that be, including new AD may need more time than they have to make the substantive changes needed. Manny may have 1 more year. Stay tuned.
