One POS dead and another POS in jail for basically a half life sentence. He’s lucky AF to only get 22.5 years IMO.

He’ll be out in 17 with good behavior which isn’t going to be an issue with him. No priors and a laundry list of military and law enforcement and social work accomplishments and has shown remorse.

Avg for a second degree is 12-15 yrs there even with priors. Tag on an extra cpl years due to him being an authority that really should have known better… he’s right where he should be. Justice served. Don’t let that stop more riots though.

This stuff will continue to happen until accountability truly takes place with in the house holds on both sides. Fact is that with as many priors and the types that floyd had and as hard core as he was into drugs, he was lucky to be alive as long as he was. This dude wasn’t going to live to see sixty regardless. Truth is Chovin was probably lucky he didn’t face time long before he did. You don’t do what he did unless you think he can get away with it.

22.5 was a bit excessive. Floyd deserves to be dead. He beat up a pregnant chick. There is no room left on this planet for people like George Floyd.

Trust me when I say with no priors they won’t throw him in general pop max security. He’ll still be in prison but he’ll survive.
