Everything you listed has merit but for people who refuse to mask up, wear PPE, refuse to social distance, refuse to comply with a corporate decision to require masks, etc., How are these people, who you listed above get fair equal treatment when you have those who go to the ER, end up hospitalized because they refuse to comply with emergency protocols? These are the same folks who could care less when they attend concerts, social functions, riding a bus, taxi, Uber, train and flying on a plane? These are selfish people.

Will give you credit for a well constructed argument. What you wrote is accurate but narrow and does not take into account the entirety of the specific Disney situation. Politicians should not attack individual companies, but even moreso should not attack entire industries. I do have concerns about a Harry Reid style short sightedness. But in this specific case, Chapek/Disney went way overboard. Corporate CEO's also should not be attacking individual politicians or insulting the personal beliefs of over 50% of its potential customers. Chapek pissed on the values of the majority of Floridians. DeSantis as Governor of Florida defended residents of his state and their elected representatives.
