From Jacob Blakes victim

Amazing that her word is being taken as complete truth and being used to justify bad police work. I agree he deserved to be prosecuted, sued,a good ass whipping and possibly a bullet by her if true. But the police work was bad PERIOD! Everyone keeps trying to make it a black and white issue when in reality its a police issue. Cops need better training,a always on duty camera, independent peer review board and more accountability. Issue solved. Its sad to see the country staying stagnant and backslidisng on these issues. All the while the average guy will be the one to feel the greatest brunt of it all.

This is as ignorant of a post as I’ve ever seen. Sure don’t believe the victim and don’t believe the cops. Ignore all the facts of the case which were on video but hey who the hell am I to interject an “opinion”. You guys are a funny bunch.

I wont deny that when i heard about the accusation i said to my wife......."How do we know that is true" I guess you should take the benefit of the doubt but if that is the case we could all go to jail from a claim. His past criminal history is the solid foundation to go by with an accusation like this and I am not sure about his past.

Very difficult but I would say seeing the post above from the victim I am more inclined now to believe her than not.

I guess no one thought to concern themselves with this young lady. This isn't about the cops I'm asking you to read her words, her experience with this guy.
Man get the hell out of here with this bullshit. I read the Twitter feed for this person and he or she is a Trump supporter and is narrating THEIR version of what they think happened but yet you're shamelessly trying to peddle the notion that these tweets are coming from the alleged victim herself. Maybe the alleged victim was actually sexually assaulted, maybe not. Are any you not familiar with the notion of presumption of innocence until proven guilty by a court of law? I have a daughter and 4 granddaughters and think rapists and child molesters are the scum of the earth but even if what the charges in arrest warrant are true what gives the police and you fckin clowns the right to play armchair judge, jury and executioner?#IsaidwhatIsaid

Why didn't he just stop and do what the Officers told him to do Norm? That always seems to be a common theme.

Norm,
By your logic does the police officer not deserve the innocent until proven guilty assumption as well. Should the people out rioting and looting not grant the same due diligence. You rightly allow this stance of due process to a wanted felon who had several warrants for violent crimes and a legitimate restraining order placed on him yet rush to judgment and second guess a police officer who had to react in a split second. Seems a touch out of step to me.

That's a separate issue. What is pissing me off is people creating these false narratives and flat out lies especially with OP posting a Twitter feed purporting that it's from the alleged victim. People are saying that he raped a 14 year old girl, had a gun, had a knife on his person and all kinds of other bullshit to dehumanize him and justify shooting him in the back 7 times.

Good point which is why typically in instances like this police are given the presumption of innocence by being placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation. Correct? Often times, police are convicted in the court of public opinion. To answer your question, no I don't think people should be out there rioting and looting.

So you don't think this very thread from OP that's titled "From Blakes Victim" with tweets that ARE NOT from her are equally as ignorant and irresponsible?

Depends on whether or not you believe her. Do the suspect have a knife on him? Yes we know that for a fact. Did the suspect fight with cops? Yes we know that for a fact. So the only thing in question is whether or not her original statement of her being raped was true or not. Many people on this very same site arguing she shouldn’t be believed are the same people who were arguing Brett Kavanaugh shouldn’t have been appointed to SCOTUS because the victim claims were “believable” and we should always believe the victim. Idk, I’m not trying tell anyone else what to believe when it comes to something subjective or that hasn’t been proven. Up to you to make that decision to believe or not.

I do know this. Every Law enforcement agency policy in the country backs that as a justified use of force.

My apologies, I took you prior post as a condoning of Blake. I think the media are largely to blame on these issues (both sides) in the rush to issue statements and condemnation before all the facts are gathered. Often times there is a nuance, with George Floyd although he was on drugs he did not deserve to be treated in the manner he was and as such I hope Chauvin is at the very least convicted of battery (murder will be very tough given the OD levels of fentanyl in his system) and does prison time for his actions. With Jacob Blake it seems the cops were more justified in their actions after more video and witness accounts have become available. The more information and nuance added to these conversations the better but unfortunately both the media and social media have pinned people in their corners and incite our differences rather than common ground we agree upon.

I would never condone a child molester or rapist. Like I said I have a daughter and 4 granddaughters and if a son of a bitch raped or molested one of them, I'm putting two in their head but I'm not a police officer. This seems to be a different deal. They have three kids together and it sounds like maybe she moved on and dude got mad, went over to her house and stuck his fingers up her coochie because he thought she had been with someone else hence the sexual assault charge and probably put his hands on her back in May. This is some Ike Turner type of shyt. This story is getting embellished to the point that he raped a 14 year old girl and all kinds of other nonsense.

He raped a little girl. They should have hit him over the head with a club then kicked him.

What does that have to with shooting him 7 times and nearly murdering him ? If there are other allegations they should be dealt with in the courts.

i was replying to your video not the guy in op post. I was being a smart ass too.

This video has been displayed ad nauseam the last several days and it actually reinforces the narrative of dont resist and you will have your day. Anyone who watches this video should hope that the cops in it have at the very least lost their jobs and I would say should be charged with battery (assuming no untaped circumstances were in play). The polling after George Floyd showed 95%+ thought what happened was horrendous and Derrick Chauvin should face criminal charges. What you and many others are trying to do is justify bad actions of one individual's interaction with the police with another individual's proper interaction with police. Just because a person doing the right thing was punished for their action does not give others the carte blanche permission to resist arrest and attack police. They are separate instances and should be treated as such, this is not at all an indication of normal policing and should not justify criminal behavior.

Amazing that her word is being taken as complete truth and being used to justify bad police work. I agree he deserved to be prosecuted, sued,a good ass whipping and possibly a bullet by her if true. Were you OK with the meded up Balsy Ford's word being used as complete gospel in the Dem's attempt to take down Kavanaugh?

If you go after police with a gun or knife, if you don't listen, if you reach into your car, THEN NOTHING GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN FOR YOU IN THAT MOMENT!!

No I'm saying listen to the victim here. Hear her words...............and pain. Thats what I'm saying

As always the POS officer fails to comprehend and believes everyone is supposed to just accept what cops do. I didnt say I dont believe the claims. I said if he did those things he deserved to be beat, prosecuted and shot by the victim. The police work was bad PERIOD! They could've tackled him before he got to the car. He didn't need to lose his life. This is what fuels the defund the police talks. Which is stupid. More money is needed for training and checks and balances for accountability. There's gonna be a lot of innocent blood shed because the puppeteers deem so and people like @CashvilleCane1 who didnt even know the marijuana drug laws he enforces came about because "it made white women want to listen to jazz and fornicate with ******s" blindly believes he's doing God's work. You're a puppet and nothing more. Now go enjoy this equally ignorant post boy.

This is exactly what is wrong with BLM . They never look at the truth and take thugs to be glorified as great role models instead of telling young black children the truth.
