I saw a post the other day about his effort during games and how it seems like he's not trying. I'm no expert but I was pretty good at the NCAA games.... It seems as if when we play a dual threat QB that Baker likes to have Garvin spy. For those of you who don't know what that means is he drops back and mirrors the QB. In the 2 games it's been obvious that he's spying (UF and BC) it has worked great. Yes this takes away his rushing the passer ability but in the long run it is helping our defense out. I like it. So let's stop saying he's going through the motions or not trying. He's doing what is asked of him.
