Did the officers know there were children in the vehicle??? They shouldve subdued Blake well before shooting him 7 times. The children's lives were at risk when the officers made the decision to shoot. Poor judgement by the cops.

After a person ingests Fentanyl, how soon can we expect that person to expire and/or suffer the effects? Im not a toxicologist but has an expert been consulted who knows the lasting effects, i.e., dilated pupils, slurred speech, lethargy, etc.

Cops claim they used their tazer to try to subdue Blake. The video only shows Blake walking away from officers with their guns drawn. The video shows Blake leaving the right side of the vehicle then walks towards the drivers side. I know actual footage of Police body cam will show if he was tazed or not. Again, an independent Video analyst must be called upon to get the correct assessment and if it is free from alteration. JMHO

If he was high on PCP and making an attempt to enter his vehicle , the cops need to wrestle him to the ground so he does'nt get behind the wheel. That way he doesnt drive off and jeopardize the safety of other drivers, pedestrians and the kids in the car. The beginning of the video shows, for an instant, the cops have him on the right side of the car; they had to have seen the kids in the car.

The other important aspect reading through the report is the edema only the parenchyma of his lungs, and the weight of his lungs. He was in pulmonary edema. Thus he became hypoxic from the overdose, and went into heart failure. Further, no bruising or tissue damage on dissection of the neck. The trachea and hyoid was intact. The neck had nothing to do with him dying.
