Yep and what happened. Pelosi started at 3.4 trillion, Trump started at $600 billion and went up to $1.8 trillion. Pelosi never came off the $3.4 trillion, it was nothing more than a liberal wishlist and she knew it. She never had any intentions to make a deal.

Agree as long as the states that were irresponsible with their money are not bailed out. If you make the policies then you should deal with the consequences.
