What made Henry Ford famous was the invention of the assembly line which made cars affordable to many people. Henry's first automobile was about 18 years after Daimler and Benz made theirs. George Washington Carver was a great man and inventor.

Who ever said Henry Ford invented the automobile??? It was the assembly line that revolutionized manufacturing processes of automobiles .. and then virtually every manufactured item. The assembly line .. and interchangeable parts .. were both revolutionary concepts.
