You think they’re going to ban Tiger? Let’s see them put their money where their mouth is lol. They don’t have the balls.

not sure of your point, Cash. Please clarify.

Thanks.
They’re attempting to silence all conservative culture. Hell Twitter banned Ron Paul yesterday lol. Ron Paul doesn’t even like Trump. It’s truly silencing the enemy by the liberal big tech companies which incidentally is violating all kinds of anti-trust laws by the way.

You don’t consider unless you have sat and thought about it... this is an organized effort on many levels of market and communications. There’s no other way to explain it.

So now the PGA steps in to join the Cancel Crowd and take a side. It’s truly sad! Tiger Woods is a Trump supporter and has been vocal in his support of Trump in the past. Will they go that far or will they just be a flash in the pan? I have two childhood friends who have their tour cards and have won on the PGA. Both know Tiger well. They’re all pissed but what do you do? Risk losing endorsements over standing up to what’s the equivalent of 1st amendment censorship. We are living in some wild ass times!

Everyone who is african american is being treated like Tiger Woods may be the point....lol
That is simply on a whole different level of stupid even for you. Now you’ll play race into this because it’s your fall back once you’ve injected it into a conversation. This is about belief systems not about race so stop trying to be a race pimp.

Tiger never caused insurrection.
Tiger did not (that I know of) goad his followers to kill the Vice President.
Tiger did not tell a worked up mob to walk down to the Capitol.
I can't speak with certainty, but I do not believe Tiger's attorney ever said that they needed to have trial by combat.

At some point you'll recognize that its not folks abandoning Trump, its folks holding him accountable to Law and Order.

Neither did a lot of people (Ron Paul)

The past 4 years have been "wild ass times" with a corrupt president leading the charge. Wish you would have spoken sooner.

Ever heard of Standard Oil or AT&T? Ever read about Presient Theodore Roosevelt and Trust Busting?

Ever heard of Standard Oil or AT&T? Ever read about Presient Theodore Roosevelt and Trust Busting?

Except that Twitter isn't a monopoly. There are plenty of other sites out there that someone who is banned on twitter can access.

Since you did not provide a yes or no answer to my question, I will assume your answer is "No" you have not read about those important subjects. John Rockefeller said the Standard Oil was not a monopoly. Every monopoly and Anti Trust violator started the conversation with "NOT US" Many Demo legislators have recently called for hearings on the Social Media Anti Trust subject. Elizabeth Warren included.

But I am glad that the all knowing genious of all things Rauol Castro has spoken. No need for review of the Sherman and Clayton Anti Trust acts, SCOTUS or any one else to weigh in on something that happened this Saturday. The Oracle to the Gods, Rauol Castro has come down from his shack on the hill in the Communist Paradise of Havana to speak to Canesport? Guess no more intelligent debate to be had here?

Just curious to see if any progressive/democrats will have the courage to at least tell Raoul that this is a very important and detailed conversation that needs to be had at a national and longterm level. Cortez and a few others, the ball is in your court as to whether this board can ever have intelligent debate or just further denigrate into a daily food fight?

Business such a restaurants are private businesses but you have no problem shutting them all down as long as it benefits your political ideology. Funny how hypocritical you are in the application of freedom.

You call me an idiot and then literally demonstrate you're complete lack of understanding of both the Constitution and history.

Ya'll going to explain to him about the Bill of Rights or who the fascist were in WW2? @lysmaryj @GLFSTRM maybe ya'll can google it for him.

You’re walking a thin line here considering SCOTUS ruled the presidential account can’t block any one and all who have an opinion must be heard. They set that precedence not me lol. Social Media and it just Twitter is a direct line of communication from the presidential office to the people and vice versa. We don’t get to chose and pick when that applicable and when it’s not. It’s their platform but they don’t have the right limit one side and not both. That would be discrimination.

If it involves a national emergency, any brick and mortar business can be shut down. Twitter is not a brick and mortar business.

No science backs that up. FL is a prime example of your false “science”. They’re wide open and doing much better than most states who are closed and still seeing spikes. Cuomo has recently had an epiphany on this too.

What right does Twitter have to tell the people with one view they have no voice and other who agree with Twitter well observed set of principles they do have a voice?

Wrong. Trump can still issue press releases and take questions and give answers at press conferences in the white house. He doesn't use it because he's too thin skinned to have to answer tough questions. Not our problem.

There's plenty of science that backs it up as well as plenty of anecdotal cases. The stricter the lockdown, the quicker the reopening, the greater the economic windfall since businesses can reopen without having to worry about masks. China, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand and a bunch of other countries have proven this. Wuhan - the epicenter of the virus, are back to normal life while people in the states (like you) are still in denial of science and facts.

I think he answered it implicitly, but I'll be explicit. At last check, Trump has been banned by eleven social media platforms. The consumer has options, more importantly, the competition can be demonstrated not only by the sheer number existing in the marketplace but also the lack of barriers to entry. Each of the platforms that banned him were specific in why they banned him.

It's difficult to make an anti-trust argument when it relies on saying that competitors acted in concert, key being "competitors".

Couple of points of clarity.
1. SCOTUS hasn't heard the matter yet at all, only one federal district court of appeals.
2. The crux of the issue was that if he is releasing information in his official capacity then he cannot limit that information to those he wishes to hear it. It does not imply that he must release information, it does not imply that the platform must allow him access, what it specifically and narrowly addresses is his ability to restrict official government information to an audience of his choice. That's the precedent set, to the degree that any has been. AOC can be banned tomorrow and she also can't block anyone now (can you have them shut her down please, she should say less for sure but I guess she hasn't committed any crime other than being annoying AF).
3. The vice versa is what the case did not rule on. Full stop. It had absolutely zero to do with the ruling. It was purely targeted at government officials attempting use methods of conducting official government business while restricting who receives that information.
4. Their is no discrimination issue. Discrimination in a private company isn't defined as removal of access for failure to observe rules. Try going to fine dining in sandals and an undershirt, moreover we like to use discrimination but a. This isn't a protected class and b. its a private entity.

Your ignorance is galling. Not my job to inform you but I'll give you this nugget, next time you get one of those two step authentication method texts, next time you use WhatsApp..next time you open your trap to feign ignorance about a billion dollar company with 4k employees in the United States...

But, if that American is calling for an insurrection, he loses that right. Agree?
Nope...

How many Black Americans have Called for So Called Insurrection.. One of them is in the United States Senate right now out of Georgia.. Insurrection can be interpreted in many different ways.. One of them is this whole idea of the So Called WHITE PRIVELIGE that is supposed to be denounced for some reason.. That is also a Form of Insurrection..

My point is Liberal Leaders call for Insurrection every day.. and Nobody bothers with it.. The Media is basically Communist in its way of reporting (Majority of it).. Its no longer news.. Its Opinion.. so there's a terrible double standard between the two sides
