Told you and keep telling everyone that this administration is a joke from Top to Bottom. Athletic Director has to go. Football program has to be gutted. It's shameful what has happened to this once proud football program. And whether the intellects, and/or academia, care to admit, it's a program that gave the University as much notoriety as any academic accomplishments it may have achieved.
James is a joke for not handling this hire with as much detail and attention it merited.
Diaz is a joke. He was hired by Temple and talked that idiot James into ponying up another $5m for his buyout.
Even More of a joke by assembling a staff that is coming from the ranks of - ready for it? 2 from La Tech, Akron, kansas state and a former bartender who has only been coaching for 5 years. It's a disgrace.
How do you think Bama Clemson FSU UF or even OSU would feel if Urban is hired here at UM? Urban would have this turned around in 2-3 years time. This administration is a disgrace and to an extent I'm glad they are being exposed thru their lazy Diaz hire.
Something must be done to address this or Hard Rock stadium will be empty for years to come. And the athletic program will lose all support from major donors including myself.
