Young man on a football team. To much playing around trying to be their friend and on the same level as them . I think I saw a clip with him showing up in a deck out limo could be wrong. Him saying after the game you win some of these some you do not. Blamed the mistake on being excited. Talk again how proud of his team he was even with the lost. More Talk again about how it is them and the players and fans and outside noise does not matter. 5-5 record and more effort on the sideline of players getting a picture with teammates wearing a trinket than being prepared to play a football game. Being out coached again because his defensive scheme is not good. Has not been his whole career. Having his players storm the field in the fourth quarter. Yep folks trinkets do not make you a good football team . If you got to have a trinket to be the most important point of the game your in trouble as a team. I could go on all day. Just not the man to be the leader of this team.
