Where I was ready to give a pass to the entire staff thru most of the season now I can say he must go. Many on here criticized me as a blind supporter widespread of this staff. I just chose to wait for a more complete body of work. Examples would be Coach Barry on the o-line. He has a very young squad with little solid depth to work with and it sure showed first half of season. Now at season's end his squad is probably the most improved on the team. This does no mean they are a great O-line just showed a good amount of improvement. As it pertains to Enos I can no longer overlook the statistics. Dead last in 3rd down conversions. No real improvement in scoring. Horrible in red zone. So with all the formations, motion, pre snap movement that we wanted, we got no statistical improvement. Worse of all to me is that his squad has not gotten better as the season progressed. It is now a complete off season and 99% of an actual season. With solid RB's and better then decent WR's and solid TE's the numbers just don't match. Time to move on
