By December we will be better, or better off. The only snag is if what the administration and everyone else believes to be significant progress doesn't coincide.
For me, 10 or more total wins (I don't care how or who they come against) is a must to retain this coaching staff.
Thoughts on what would satisfy them, and what would constitute SIGNIFICANT progress, as I don't think anything less than significant progress will do next year. (I know for some there's nothing Golden can do to satisfy them, but that's nuts, 10 is my number).
