This year, more than in past years, it’s seems like many pretty prominent schools are in the midst of implementing significant coaching changes. It will be interesting to see how they do in bowl games. I get that most of the games are deemed “meaningless”, especially in that the squads fielded will often be missing coaches or significant contributors who opt out. The opt outs have become a thing but the coaching changes are significant this year. I can’t imagine that too many of these teams will look very good and I would not be surprised if many of them lose the bowl games. I am not sure what to expect with Miami’s bowl match up with Wa St. but I don’t think we’ll be very crisp. Also, not having Rambo in the game will change things a bit as he’s been a very comfortable target for TVD. Regardless of what happens, better days certainly look to be on the horizon!
