Per Rivals Miami is at #32 however that is almost solely due to the fact it only signed 14. Very small class. The 3 ACC schools ahead of them UNC, Clemson and FSU all signed much bigger classes.
Per 247 Miami is at #15 and this time only Clemson and UNC are ahead of them.
But here is what puts it into perspective, quality. Miami avg star ranking on Rivals is 3.57. That is second only to UNC in ACC schools ahead of both Clemson and FSU.
In 247 even better, they have a 91.54 avg rating per recruit, almost dead even with UNC at 91.55. Again ahead of Clemson and FSU.
Even with the coaching change Miami got quality out this class, they have good depth coming back and still have the portal.
The top 10/top 5 classes will come when Mario has more scholarships and more time to get the 5 star kids.
But all in all this was a good class. They filled some holes.
Now it's time to coach 'em up.
