Not saying Manny should get another year. Not saying that at all but I do think if Manny runs the table and stumbles into the ACCG, then I honestly dont think they fire him.

This douche bag move by Blake the other day I think has strained the relationship between him and Manny. There is ZERO reason Blake should be back next year. All the sports under him are a shit show. Not just football. This move he did really exposed him.
Go get your star AD and allow him to make the decision on Manny the rest of the way. I think that should be PRIORITY NUMBER 1. Let him do the hire.
Go get Alonzo to run the football program under the AD and if they decide they want to move from Manny, then do it or if they decide to give Manny another year, then thats their decision not Blake who has a vested interest in Manny succeeding for self preservation.
At least you position yourself to better the football program RIGHT NOW and also if Manny fails, you have a solid AD and Alonzo already in place steering the football program and will position you to go get a really good coach this year or next.
If you do decide to go with another coach, they will not take UM seriously with Blake on board and if you decide to bring back Manny, it will be a weird and toxic environment between Blake and Manny.
