Gary goes on about Miami’s misses in recruiting as the #1 reason for Miami’s fall from a top tier team. I know that recruiting is a big issue, but I think that coaching and player development is a bigger problem. Look no further than Pope and Atwell. Both are sophomore receivers from Dade County... Atwell was a three star with few offers and Pope a 5 star with elite offers. But look their respective production this year. Is it fair to say that Atwell is receiving better coaching and development than Pope or are there are factors that I am not seeing. I love our last three games and am not looking to bitch, but I am just frustrated that we are not winning the Coastal division even though I feel we we the best talent outside of Clemson in the conference.....
