Marcus Mariota was Chip Kelly's last QB recruit and he almost won a national championship with Oregon. A year later he when he left for the NFL Oregon went 4-8, because of poor QB play. This is too close to home.
Levenchy ... Givenchy has college experience, but only for one year.
If I am a lame duck coach and AD then I take a chance on Ken Dorsey, because his work in the pro is enough to lure some of the best QB talent to Coral Gables.
If you cannot recruit a QB then you can be a Championship Team one year and 4-8 the next year. Name one high school QB that would not want to learn from Dorsey?
