So after reading many posts today about Mark Richt, I really wanted to ask that question. Who fits the bill for most of you guys? All I hear is Richt isn't the guy because he couldn't win the big game. He only wins 10 games a year and doesn't get over the hump. Only has 2 SEC titles. Fine!
What about Herman? He doesn't have enough experience. We need a Miami guy who knows south Florida. Too risky. Fine!
What about Strong? He got lucky because he got Bridgewater. He can't coach. He's getting whipped at Texas, why would we want a coach who's losing? Fine!
What about Mario? He sucked at FIU and got fired. Who wants an OL coach as our next head coach? Too risky. Fine!
I can keep going with 100 more candidates but I think you guys get the point. So tell me, who fits the bill and checks all the boxes? Fire away. Would love to hear it.
