As I, and the vast majority of fans have consistently said, the Program has been defined as a country club Program, full of physically, mentally, and emotionally soft, entitled, and lazy both coaches and players.

- The AD is a brainless, beta bitch, man-child Lego Boy.
- The University president is a clueless clown.
- The BOT is a group of ball-less, do-nothing assholes, as complicit in the demise of the Program as anyone.

Yes, the Program is in as bad of shape as it obviously seems.
Yes, it is full Doom and Gloom hovering over this Program.
Yes, the Program will remain in a cycle of national irrelevancy while wallowing in its self-created cesspool of bullshit hiring-and-firing non-qualified baby sitters for coaches.

That’s the bad news.

The GOOD NEWS is that we can FIX this Program, and we can do it relatively quicker than most people might think.

- We are not Nebraska isolated in the middle of one of the most geographically undesirable locations.
- We are not Notre Dame with high academic standards, cold weather, and stringent religious overtones.
- We are not Texas A&M, always the little bro of Texas, and always outclassed by the true SEC elite.
- We are not Michigan, upper midwest with no in-state talent, stuck with an absurd high price tag HC who loses to his rival every year.

Neither in the NCAA By-Laws nor in the ACC's governing documents does it say anywhere that the University of Miami has to indefinitely remain as a mediocre has-been football program.

This is the University of Miami. Home to a 5-Time National Championship Football Program. Home to a 4-Time National Championship Baseball Program. Home to legendary HOF coaches, both head and assistant. Home to excellent academics, both undergraduate and graduate progams. Home to hot girls. Home to a location that 90% of students across America would prefer to be over their current school location. South Florida has excellent places to live, socialize, and grow post-college, and is in a state with no state income tax. I think the NIL could be a HUGE asset for the University of Miami, and I'll have a more detailed opionion this issue. Above all, we have the BEST high school talent in the country.

We have SO MUCH to offer high school football players.

However, it obviously takes more than merely what we have to offer.

It takes a VISION, a PLAN, and LEADERSHIP starting at the TOP.

Amazon, Apple, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, General Motors, Delta, General Electric, Google, AT&T, Marriot International, Becker & Poliakoff, CBRE, Bank of America, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, Target, TaylorMade, Titleist, Adidas, Nike, Gatorade. Look at ANY successful company in America- whether it is tech, transportation, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, law practice. All of it. You'll find they have all have: (1) an initial VISION of who they want to be; (2) a company PLAN that commits that vision to writing proscribing how to execute it; and (3) hiring LEADERSHIP, at various levels, to execute both the Vision and its Plan.

The same principles which apply at a macro level with large companies are also applicable at a micro level with football programs.

The 1980s Miami Hurricanes. A vision to change college football with recruiting "The State of Florida", a plan to commit that in writing, and then hiring the leadership in Howard, Jimmy, Dennis, Sam as AD, and other important people in and around the Program. Same with Butch and the 1990s Miami Hurricanes. Same with when USC dominated in the 2000s. Same with Alabama under Saban. Same with when Florida hired Urban Meyer, and then Ohio State hired Urban Meyer. It's how Phill Knight and Oregon became a top-10 program with Belotti, Chip Kelly, and now Mario. Same with the New England Patriots, and the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Baltimore Ravens, and the 49ers under Montana and Young. Look no further than Dolphins now- a VISION to do a total rebuild, a PLAN to trading players and picks, draft certain players, and sign certain free agents, and then having the LEADERSHIP of Grier, Flores, and others to execute it all and bring it to light.

The University of Miami has NONE of it right now for this Program. NO vision, NO plan, and above all, NO leadership. The fans are on one page, the BOT/Prez/AD on another. The coaches are on one page, the players on another. The Program is ALL OVER THE PLACE, lacking an IDENTITY of what it is, because it lacks a vision, plan, and leadership. It needs all three.

Moving forward, there MUST be a Full Nuclear Reboot. Fire Lego Boy Blake, and fire Manny. The BOT MUST employ a first class firm to do a NATIONAL SEARCH for an athletic director. If that ends with Zo, then so be it. If not, then so be it. Once a REAL athletic director has been hired, the AD MUST hire a PROVEN head coach. I don't care whether the man comes from either college, NFL, or outer space. But hire a REAL head coach, and PAY great money for him. Not good money, GREAT money.

This season is lost, and as fans, we are ALL in this collective shit show together. Well, all of us except for a few low IQ mouthbreathing football chicks who are either trolls, fuktards, or family/friends with the staff, or all of these things. Continue to expose these clowns, and continue to put pressure on the University. The e-mails/letters will be sent, the billboards will appear, and the plans will fly.

The Noise doth commeth.
