Cortez this is an unprecedented amount of voter fraud. Thousands of dead voters, “Glitches” is software which have already turned several thousand votes in swing states. Also why has Nc or Alaska been called yet. It’s never been an issue before.

Read Sidney Powell’s book “ Licensed to Lie “ almost felt bad for her because ruling after ruling were not going her way. I’m not a lawyer but she’d post the law and it seemed like it read pretty clearly what she said. Book is well worth a read. I was happy when she resurfaced as Flynn’s lawyer. Think she is all about the law.

I don't see why everyone is getting wrapped around the axel on this. There is a huge claim of voter fraud. If the claim is being made there needs to be proof . My question is what the courts will determine as a threshold between rampant or not voter fraud. Is proof going to have to be in the hundreds or thousands to put on hold Bidens re election? What would be the next steps to legitimize the election process?

I also believe that all false allegations of voter fraud should be investigated and prosecuted if found to be false. Those allegations undermine faith in our democratic processes. Irresponsible for sure. Reckless for sure. Perhaps criminal, surely libelous, if based on zero evidence.
Also, it’s offensive to me that there’s some unstated presumption that possible fraud in this election is a 100% problem for the Dems. Let’s be clear, Trump, IMHO, is BY FAR the most immoral and unethical president of my lifetime. It’s not close. Should we investigate all votes cast for Trump? If Biden throws out an allegation of voter fraud against Trump, should we stop the process and upend the vote counting process? What would you say if Biden alleges that the Trump vote in Ohio, North Carolina and Florida were false? He could just randomly say that Trump committed fraud in this states won by Trump. Should we overturn the results in those states?

How is this voter fraud? She wanted to vote a straight Democratic ticket. Also, at least in the state of Florida, a voter can request assistance and bring this person to the poll and have them assist in filling out their ballot. A signed document is required by both parties. Stop spreading lies!!
