The media taking Miami to task for negotiating with Mario while manny still being employed being outrageous or rude is utter nonsense and they need to be pushed back against. This is a free market capitalism economic system and it takes TWO parties that are both WILLING for there to be an active employment relationship. If Manny is still the head coach at the U it is because both the U and Manny view it as in their current best interest. There is full disclosure and awareness by manny about whats happening and he has clearly decided that putting up with the state of flux is an acceptable cost to keep alive the chance of retaining the job another year. What the media is suggesting is that we should fire manny against his desires in order to show him the proper respect. Thats the dumbest backwards take ever.
