is this guy coaches with a real sense of urgency. I loved Mark Richts real experience. This guy isn't talking about a plan or process or anything along the lines of down the road. He is looking to win big from day 1 and I absolutely love this about him. I still think it will take a little time depending on who is eligible to play this year....but in his mind he isn't thinking like that at all.
Just saw some really cool stuff from junior day. Sorry, I can't post it here but this guy is telling kids what the old school coaches used to tell them. We are going to dominate at Miami now or you are going to get your ass kicked if you go elsewhere by Miami. That's what Jimmy Johnsons staff would tell recruits. He told the kids this in the group setting. I'm not yet completely sold on how true this is yet but this is what you want to hear from your head coach anyway.
